OUR 3 BEDROOM VILLA

Include family and friends in your vacation plans to our scenic villa by the sea. Our home with over 2,300 square feet offers 3 lovely furnished bedrooms that sleep six with 3 bathrooms. Our kitchen is equipped with a stove top, microwave oven, refrigerator, coffee maker, crock pot, toaster oven and a blender for all of your tropical drinks. The villa also has a large comfortable living room with satellite TV and CD stereo, an eloquently appointed dining room with a teak table and chairs. Ceramic tile flooring runs throughout the villa. The villa has central air conditioning. Phone cards are available everywhere and are the cheapest way to make outgoing calls to the United States or within Costa Rica. Outside our home, front and back verandas are a perfect place to enjoy a morning cup of coffee, watch the pool activities or take pleasure in a colorful sunset with its accompaniment of tropical song birds. The villa has a car port and a washer and dryer for your use. We have a private in-ground pool that is maintained daily by the Los Defines Golf and Country Clubs' maintenance staff. Our landscaping is a combination of Hibiscus plants, Palm trees, Birdsmouth and Crotons. Behind the rear fence Howler Tree monkeys can be heard at dawn and dusk. The beach and the ocean are about 50 steps from our front door. The water is wet and wonderful. The beach is magnificent with lovely shaded palm trees and lush vegetation all surrounded by the picturesque Nicoya Peninsula mountains. Come and enjoy our home in paradise.
