Terms of Rental
Major credit cards or checks accepted
Deposit of $276.00 (high season) or $230.00 (low season) will be required when reserving the villa. Balance of rental fee is due upon check-in when paying by credit card or 7 days prior to check-in when paying by check.
Check-in time is at 3 P.M. Check-out time is at 11 A.M.
Any cancellation within 2 weeks of reservation will result in a one-night charge of $276.00 during high season and $230.00 during low season.
For monthly rentals only, a $500 deposit will be required for electricity costs. Monthly electrical rate with air-conditioning usage is approximately $200.00.
