The principal attraction of Los Delfines Golf and Country Club is its golf course. This challenging course allows you to enjoy and experience the incomparable scenery that Costa Rica has to offer. This picturesque golf course, skillfully designed to harmonize with its surroundings, has been built with all the latest technology and is the most advanced in the country.

The enjoyable golf course at Los Delfines, enables golfers of all abilities to play in the midst of lovely tropical scenery and landscaping accompanied by the song of myriad birds with the murmur of the sea in the background. Surrounded by 3,700 acres of primary forest, the course winds amid ancient trees ( Mahogany, Mimosas, Ceneceros and Guanacastes ) and other varieties of tropical plants have recently planted as part of the Reforestation project. The golf course was designed to maintain the incredible natural atmosphere in addition to easy access to and from our villa. There is expansion to add another 9 holes in the works. The course plays to a 125 plus rating from the blue tees at 3204 yards, the white tees at 2896 yards and the reds at 2675 yards per nine holes.

If  you believe that the distance might be a tad short, you will find however,  that the doglegs, the tropical tree lined fairways, the water hazards, the sand traps, the  Bermuda fairways and Tiff dwarf greens will make this course quite challenging for every golfer. A fully stocked pro shop is located on the first floor of the clubhouse. The golf teaching professional (trained in the U.S.) is at your service for lessons and information. The golf course has a practice range and practice putting green.  Golf packages are available. Greens fee rates vary based on high or low tourist season. Golf carts (fully loaded with liquids and refreshments included) and golf clubs are also available for rental. A second golf course is located about 15 minutes away at Tango Mar Golf Resort.
