Our villa at Los Delfines  Golf and Country Club is located on the Pacific Ocean at the secluded Playa Tambor ( Tambor Beach ) overlooking the horseshoe shaped Bahia Bellena ( aptly named Whale Bay ). Our favorite sport was golf, but once we first saw the palm tree lined, light colored sand of Playa Tambor, beach walking and swimming have become our primary passions. The sand beaches of the bay are wide and soft and the warm tropical waters offer perfect swimming and body surfing conditions. Playa Tambor stretches on for 5 miles, optimal for that recreational run, bird watching or solitude romantic walks, a situation that we enjoy as we hardly ever see another soul on the beach.

The beaches are also ideal for a game of football, frisbie or soccer. The sun shines almost everyday and remember that the average air temperature is 86 degrees F. So if sunbathing is your game, Los Delfines Golf and Country Club provides you with beach chairs to soak up the sun.   The sun, surf, romantic walks and family recreation are all found on Playa Tambor.
