Our home in paradise, with an average temperature of 86 degrees F, is 50 steps from one of the most beautiful and solitary Pacific Ocean beaches of Costa Rica called Playa Tambor and 500 yards from the Los Delfines Golf Clubhouse and its challenging championship golf course.

Our villa has 6 rooms, 3 bedrooms that sleep six, 3 bathrooms, a modern kitchen, front and back verandas, a car port and an in-ground pool. Our gated community of 27 villas is situated on 5000 acres of exuberant tropical natural forest, surrounded by several protected natural reserves, a place where you can experience the harmony of ecology and nature from within the comforts of a luxury villa. Costa Rica offers a fine variety of recreational, cultural, culinary, sporting, shopping and family activities.

The TV show Temptation Island II was taped at Tambor Beach and the famous movie Jarassic Park was filmed at many places in our area. We are glad to say that we haven’t seen any dinosaurs recently!
